Under 18 and charged with a crime? While the laws are the same, outcome & collateral consequences are vastly different for juveniles.
Being charged with a crime is a serious matter. It is up to your lawyer to apply tha applicable law to your particular set of facts. Your case may require certain Motions, especially if your rights were violated. If this applies to you, contact me immediately.
Having spent 5 years as an Assistant Public Defender, I believe that no one should have to "buy" a defense. There are options to discuss.
Are you a client? Do you have basic questions? Look here!
I started my career as a Prosecutor, I am able to formulate a defense that is direct and speaks to the elements of the crime charged. I became a Defender because I care about your liberties and freedoms. I focus on what matters, not just the facts and law - but what matters to YOU.
When charged with a crime, it is important to know what the State/Government/Plaintiff must prove at trial. Jury Instructions are listed by Crime/Civil cause of action.
With your drivers license number, you are able to check the status of your license here.
I can assist you with sealing and/or expunging certain prior incidents. Take a look here and contact me so we can start the process.
Keri L. Armpriester started her practice to further her passion for zealous advocacy within the justice system. A native Floridian, Ms. Armpriester graduated from Boca Raton Christian School in 2005. She furthered her studies at Taylor University in Upland, Indiana, where she studied psychology, art & biology. Being well rounded and seeing the entire picture is important to her. It is this attention to detail that makes her a strong and passionate advocate for you. Keri is nothing if she is not a passionate & zealous advocate.
After college, she returned to the Sunshine State and obtained her Juris Doctorate in 2013 at Ave Maria School of Law. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Armpriester served in the public sector for over 7 years. Keri began her career as a prosecutor in Tampa. In 2016, she realized advocating for people who found themselves in the (in)justice system was (and continues to be) her passion.
Thus far in her career, Ms. Armpriester has prosecuted crimes, advocated for children in dependency cases, and defended the indigent accused of crimes. Ms. Armpriester represented juveniles and adults charged with felonies/misdemeanors across the 20th Judicial Circuit while she served as an Assistant Public Defender. Keri has not only the skills, but also the desire to take your case to trial, and ensure that your rights and liberties are protected. You matter to her.
Ms. Armpriester refers to the courtroom as her "happy place" - especially The United States Supreme Court in Washington, D.C.. Fun fact from this avid Miami Heat fan, there is a higher court above the SCOTUS chambers - its a basketball court where some justices have been known to throw hoops!
